In Defence of the Palestinian and Ukrainian Peoples! Trump, Putin, and Netanyahu - Out of Ukraine and Palestine!
Joint Statement by Socialist Organizations (see the Note at the End of the Text), 19 March 2025
1. The Ukrainian and Palestinian peoples are being ferociously attacked by Trump, Putin, and Netanyahu. Netanyahu is breaking the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, resuming the genocide. Trump wants to impose a "deal" in Ukraine that amounts to his capitulation and the division of the country, along with Putin.
2. Trump's foreign policy shift from endorsing Vladimir Putin's invasion of Ukraine to launching a tariff "war" against his old capitalist allies (Canada, Mexico, and the European Union) is causing an even greater crisis in the capitalist-imperialist world order. The far-right Trump administration combines ultra-reactionary attacks on the rights of migrants, the LGBTQ+ community, women, and workers with a shift in the traditional policy of American imperialism resulting from its prolonged economic and political decline and the emergence of new imperialist powers such as China and Russia. Trump is provoking a crisis in the long-standing alliance between the United States and European imperialism, a key pillar of global capitalist relations since 1945, which has already led to an unprecedented arms program by European powers.
Trump seeks to overcome the crisis of US domination, which has remained the hegemonic imperialism since the end of World War II but, in fact, it is further weakening. Trump himself said upon taking office: "Today the decline of the United States ended," i.e. he acknowledged the crisis they have been suffering but claims that he will solve it. This "solution" is a threat of invasions and plundering around the world but, at the same time, he wants to focus on the conflict with Chinese imperialism. Bombastic announcements declare Trump's intention to annex other countries such as Panama, Greenland, and Canada. Likewise, he threatens war against Iran. In this context, he attempts to defeat the people of Ukraine and Palestine.
3. Socialists strongly denounce the US and far-right Trump policy of forcing the Ukrainian government to capitulate to Russian imperialism and impose a division of the country and its natural resources between the two powers. Trump has changed US imperialism's policy on the war in Ukraine, accepting and legitimizing the Russian invasion and annexation of the occupied territories. We reject Trump's proposal for a truce and ceasefire, based on Zelensky's surrender of minerals to the US and his willingness to surrender part of Ukrainian territory.
We reiterate our ongoing support for the Ukrainian resistance to expel the Russian invaders and warn against Zelensky's bourgeois policy to subordinate to Western powers. We say No to NATO and demand its dissolution. Socialists also defend Ukraine’s right to get weapons from wherever they can and call for a renewed international solidarity campaign with the Ukrainian resistance. We sharply condemn those neo-Stalinist and pacifist forces that refuse to defend Ukraine, endorse Putin's supposed anti-imperialist role, and now, objectively, agree with Trump. Russian troops out of Ukraine! For a free Ukraine, independent of all Great Powers! For a workers' and popular government that nationalizes key sectors of the economy!
4. Netanyahu unilaterally broke the ceasefire agreement with a resumption of genocide, with Trump's support. In the face of the horrific genocide that the Zionist state is committing against the Palestinian people, socialists must intensify their support for the heroic Palestinian resistance. We repudiate Trump's policy of ethnic cleansing, which joined Benjamin Netanyahu in promoting the policy of displacing the Palestinian population to Arab countries like Egypt and Jordan. He cynically said they would turn Gaza into a tourist destination. It was the Palestinian people of Gaza who responded to Trump with actions that they have no intention of leaving the Strip. And hundreds of thousands, entire families, returned to their homes, many of them destroyed, in northern Gaza, from which Israel had expelled them. The Palestinians openly declare: "Gaza is our home!". Their return represents the defeat of Zionism and Trump. This is an expression of the heroic Palestinian resistance.
The countries of the Middle East must support their brothers and sisters in Gaza and the West Bank with aid and arms. Workers and grassroots organizations around the world must impose a boycott against the Israeli terrorist state. We call on socialists to intensify the struggle against pro-Zionist forces within the international labour movement. We fight for a free, democratic, non-racist, and secular Palestine, from the river to the sea.
Socialists also denounce the massive bombing campaign of Trump against Yemen. We say: defeat U.S. imperialism – defend of Yemen!
5. We reiterate our support for the Syrian Revolution which succeeded in overthrowing Assad's tyranny on 8 December last year. Today, the tasks of socialists in Syria are to fight any attempt by the Assadist counterrevolution to re-emerge, to rebuild working-class and popular organizations in opposition to the new bourgeois HTS government, and fight for equality among genders, ethnicities, and religious groups. We denounce the counterrevolutionary attempt by supporters of dictator Assad on the Mediterranean coast. At the same time, we repudiate the massacre of Alawites by the HTS government. We denounce those Stalinist and Chavista forces which have shamefully sided with the Assad dictatorship and its Russian and Iranian masters since the beginning of the Syrian Revolution in March 2011. For a workers and popular government which should nationalize the key sectors of the economy under workers control and opens the road to a socialist Syria! Out with all bases and military forces of Russia, the US, Israel, and Türkiye!
6. Socialists strongly oppose Trump’s threats against semi-colonial countries like Panama or Mexico – from imposing tariffs to military raids or even annexation. We support the right of these countries to defend their interests by any means necessary – economically, politically and military. At the same time, we do not lend any political support to bourgeois governments, whether right-wing or centre-left. We call for a broad international solidarity campaign against imperialist interference in Latin America! Yankees and all other imperialists – hands off Latin America!
7. Socialists advocate international solidarity of the workers and oppressed and joint cross-border struggles. We call the workers movement in imperialist countries to organise practical solidarity with migrants, to call for equal rights and to oppose racist border control.

1. Los pueblos ucraniano y palestino están siendo atacados ferozmente por Trump, Putin y Netanyahu. Netanyahu rompe el acuerdo de cesar fuego en Gaza, retomando el genocidio. Trump quiere imponer un “acuerdo” en Ucrania que significa su capitulación y división del país junto con Putin.
2. El giro de la política exterior de Trump, de avalar la invasión de Vladimir Putín a Ucrania y lanzar una “guerra” de aranceles contra sus viejos aliados capitalistas (Canadá, México y la Unión Europea), está provocando una crisis aun mayor en el orden mundial capitalista-imperialista.
La administración ultraderechista de Trump combina ataques ultrarreaccionarios contra los derechos de los migrantes, la comunidad LGBTQ+, las mujeres y los trabajadores con un cambio en la política tradicional del imperialismo norte americano resultado de su prolongado declive económico y político y la aparición de nuevas potencias imperialistas como China y Rusia. Trump está provocando una crisis en la larga alianza de Estados Unidos con el imperialismo europeo, un pilar clave de las relaciones globales capitalistas desde 1945, que ya ha provocado un programa de armamento sin precedentes por parte de las potencias europeas.
Trump busca superar la crisis de dominación de los Estados Unidos que sigue siendo el imperialismo hegemónico desde el fin de la segunda guerra mundial, pero está más debilitado. El propio Trump dijo al asumir: “hoy terminó el declive de los Estados Unidos”, reconociendo la crisis que vienen sufriendo, mientras que afirmó que él va a solucionarla. Esta “solución” es una amenaza de invasiones y saqueos por todo el mundo, pero buscando centrar en su disputa con el imperialismo chino.
Anuncios rimbombantes que declaran la intención de Trump de anexionarse otros países como Panamá, Groenlandia y Canadá. Hace amenazas de guerra contra Irán. En ese marco, intenta derrotar a los pueblos de Ucrania y Palestina.
3. Los socialistas denunciamos enérgicamente la política estadounidense y del ultraderechista Trump de obligar al gobierno ucraniano a capitular ante el imperialismo ruso e imponer una división del país y sus recursos naturales entre ambas potencias. Trump ha cambiado la política del imperialismo estadounidense sobre la guerra de Ucrania, aceptando y legitimando la invasión rusa y la anexión de los territorios ocupados. Rechazamos la propuesta de tregua y alto el fuego de Trump, basada en la claudicación de Zelenski a entregar minerales a los EE.UU. y a abrirse a entregar parte del territorio ucraniano.
Reiteramos nuestro apoyo constante a la resistencia ucraniana para expulsar a los invasores rusos y advertimos contra la política burguesa de Zelenski de subordinarse a las potencias occidentales. Decimos No a la OTAN y reclamamos su disolución. Los socialistas también defendemos el derecho de Ucrania a obtener armas de donde sea posible y llamamos a una renovada campaña de solidaridad internacional con la resistencia ucraniana. Condenamos enérgicamente a las fuerzas neoestalinistas y pacifistas que se niegan a defender a Ucrania, avalando un supuesto rol antiimperialista de Putin y ahora, objetivamente, coinciden con Trump. ¡Fuera las tropas rusas de Ucrania!¡Por una Ucrania libre, independiente de todas las grandes potencias! ¡Por un gobierno obrero y popular que nacionalice los sectores clave de la economía!
4. Netanyahu rompió unilateralmente el acuerdo de cesar fuego con una retomada del genocidio, con apoyo de Trump. Ante el horrible genocidio que el Estado sionista está cometiendo contra el pueblo palestino, los socialistas deben intensificar su apoyo a la heroica resistencia palestina. Repudiamos la política de limpieza étnica de Trump quien se sumó a Benjamín Netanyahu impulsando la política de desplazar la población palestina a los países árabes como Egipto y Jordania. Cínicamente dijo que convertirían a Gaza en un lugar turístico. Ha sido el pueblo palestino de Gaza quien con hechos ya le respondió a Trump que no piensan irse de la Franja. Y centenares de miles, familias completas, volvieron a sus casas, muchas destruidas, del norte de Gaza, de donde los había expulsado Israel. “Gaza es nuestro hogar”, afirman abiertamente los palestinos. Su vuelta es la derrota del sionismo y de Trump. Esto es expresión de la heroica resistencia palestina.
Los países de Oriente Medio deben apoyar a sus hermanos y hermanas de Gaza y Cisjordania con ayuda y armas. Los trabajadores y las organizaciones populares de todo el mundo deben imponer un boicot contra el estado terrorista israelí. Llamamos a los socialistas a intensificar la lucha contra las fuerzas prosionistas dentro del movimiento obrero internacional. Luchamos por una Palestina libre, democrática, no racista y laica, del rio al mar.
Los socialistas también denunciamos la campaña de bombardeos masivos de Trump contra Yemen. Decimos: ¡Derrotemos al imperialismo estadounidense! ¡Defendamos a Yemen!
5. Reiteramos nuestro apoyo a la Revolución Siria, que logró derrocar la tiranía de Assad el 8 de diciembre del año pasado. Hoy, las tareas de los socialistas en Siria son luchar contra cualquier intento de la contrarrevolución assadista de resurgir, reconstruir las organizaciones obreras y populares en oposición al nuevo gobierno burgués del HTS y luchar por la igualdad de género, etnias y grupos religiosos. Denunciamos el intento contrarrevolucionario de los partidarios del e dictador Al Assad en la costa mediterránea. Pero repudiamos la masacre a los alauitas ´por parte del gobierno del HTS. Denunciamos a las fuerzas estalinistas y chavistas que, vergonzosamente, se han aliado con la dictadura de Assad y sus amos rusos e iraníes desde el inicio de la Revolución Siria en marzo de 2011. ¡Por un gobierno obrero y popular que nacionalice los sectores clave de la economía bajo control obrero y abra el camino a una Siria socialista! ¡Fuera todas las bases y fuerzas militares de Rusia, EE.UU., Israel y Turquía!
6. Los socialistas nos oponemos firmemente a las amenazas de Trump contra países semicoloniales como Panamá o México, desde la imposición de aranceles hasta incursiones militares o incluso la anexión. Apoyamos el derecho de estos países a defender sus intereses por todos los medios necesarios: económicos, políticos y militares. Al mismo tiempo, no brindamos ningún apoyo político a gobiernos burgueses, ni de derecha, ni de centroizquierda. ¡Llamamos a una amplia campaña de solidaridad internacional contra la injerencia imperialista en América Latina! ¡Yanquis y demás imperialistas, fuera de América Latina!
7. Los socialistas abogamos por la solidaridad internacional de los trabajadores y los oprimidos, así como por las luchas transfronterizas conjuntas. Llamamos al movimiento obrero de los países imperialistas a organizar la solidaridad práctica con los migrantes, a exigir la igualdad de derechos y a oponerse al control fronterizo racista.

1. Les peuples ukrainien et palestinien sont violemment attaqués par Trump, Poutine et Netanyahou. Netanyahou rompt l'accord de cessez-le-feu à Gaza, reprenant ainsi le génocide. Trump veut imposer un « accord » en Ukraine qui signifierait sa capitulation et la division du pays avec Poutine.
2. Le revirement de Trump en matière de politique étrangère, qui consiste à approuver l'invasion de l'Ukraine par Vladimir Poutine et à lancer une « guerre » tarifaire contre ses anciens alliés capitalistes (le Canada, le Mexique et l'Union européenne), provoque une crise encore plus grave dans l'ordre mondial capitaliste-impérialiste.
Le gouvernement d’extrême droite de Trump combine des attaques ultra-réactionnaires contre les droits des migrants, de la communauté LGBTQ+, des femmes et des travailleurs avec un changement dans la politique traditionnelle de l'impérialisme américain résultant de son déclin économique et politique de longue date et de l'émergence de nouvelles puissances impérialistes tels que la Chine et la Russie. Trump provoque une crise dans l'alliance de longue date des États-Unis avec l'impérialisme européen, un pilier essentiel des relations capitalistes mondiales depuis 1945. Cela a déjà provoqué un programme d'armement sans précédent de la part des puissances européennes.
Trump cherche à surmonter la crise de domination des États-Unis, qui continue à être l'impérialisme hégémonique depuis la fin de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, mais est plus faible. Trump lui-même a déclaré lors de son entrée en fonction : « Aujourd'hui, le déclin des États-Unis est terminé. » En reconnaissant la crise qu'ils ont subie, il affirme toutefois pouvoir la résoudre. Cette « solution » consiste en une menace d'invasions et de pillages à travers le monde, tout en cherchant à se concentrer sur son différend avec l'impérialisme chinois.
Des annonces grandiloquentes déclarent l'intention de Trump d'annexer d'autres pays comme le Panama, le Groenland et le Canada. Il profère également des menaces de guerre contre l'Iran. Dans ce contexte, il tente de vaincre les peuples d'Ukraine et de Palestine.
3. Nous, socialistes, dénonçons fermement la politique des États-Unis et de l'extrême droite de Trump visant à forcer le gouvernement ukrainien à capituler face à l'impérialisme russe et à imposer une division du pays et de ses ressources naturelles entre les deux puissances. Trump a changé la politique de l'impérialisme américain sur la guerre en Ukraine en acceptant et en légitimant l'invasion russe et l'annexion des territoires occupés. Nous rejetons la proposition de trêve et de cessez-le-feu de Trump, établie sur la cession de minéraux par Zelenski aux États-Unis et sur l'ouverture de négociations concernant une partie du territoire ukrainien.
Nous réitérons notre soutien continu à la résistance ukrainienne pour expulser les envahisseurs russes et mettons en garde contre la politique bourgeoise de Zelenski qui consiste à se subordonner aux puissances occidentales. Nous disons non à l'OTAN et exigeons sa dissolution. Les socialistes défendent également le droit de l'Ukraine à se procurer des armes partout où cela est possible et appellent à une nouvelle campagne de solidarité internationale avec la résistance ukrainienne. Nous condamnons fermement les forces néo-staliniennes et pacifistes qui refusent de défendre l'Ukraine, approuvent le rôle prétendument anti-impérialiste de Poutine et sont maintenant, objectivement, d'accord avec Trump. Les troupes russes hors d'Ukraine ! Pour une Ukraine libre et indépendante de toutes les grandes puissances ! Pour un gouvernement ouvrier et populaire qui nationalise les secteurs clés de l'économie !
4. Netanyahou a rompu unilatéralement l'accord de cessez-le-feu en reprenant le génocide, avec le soutien de Trump. Face à l'horrible génocide que l'État sioniste commet contre le peuple palestinien, les socialistes doivent intensifier leur soutien à la résistance palestinienne héroïque. Nous dénonçons la politique de nettoyage ethnique de Trump, qui s'est joint à Benyamin Netanyahou pour pousser la politique de déplacement de la population palestinienne vers des pays arabes comme l'Égypte et la Jordanie. Il a déclaré avec cynisme qu'ils transformeraient Gaza en un lieu touristique. Ce sont les Palestiniens de Gaza qui ont déjà répondu à Trump en revendiquant qu'ils n'avaient pas l'intention de quitter la bande de Gaza. Des centaines de milliers de personnes, des familles entières, ont regagné leurs maisons, souvent détruites, dans le nord de la bande de Gaza, d'où Israël les avait expulsées. « Gaza est notre maison », affirment ouvertement les Palestiniens. Leur retour est la défaite du sionisme et de Trump. C'est l'expression d'une résistance palestinienne héroïque.
Les pays du Moyen-Orient doivent soutenir leurs frères et sœurs de Gaza et de Cisjordanie avec de l'aide et des armes. Les travailleurs et les organisations populaires du monde entier doivent imposer un boycott contre l'État terroriste israélien. Nous appelons les socialistes à intensifier la lutte contre les forces pro-sionistes au sein du mouvement ouvrier international. Nous luttons pour une Palestine libre, démocratique, non raciste et laïque, de la rivière à la mer.
Les socialistes dénoncent également la campagne de bombardements massifs de Trump contre le Yémen. Nous disons : Vaincre l'impérialisme américain ! Défendons le Yémen !
Nous réitérons notre soutien à la révolution syrienne, qui a réussi à renverser la tyrannie d'Assad le 8 décembre dernier. Aujourd'hui, les tâches des socialistes en Syrie consistent à lutter contre toute tentative de réapparition de la contre-révolution assadiste, à reconstruire les organisations ouvrières et populaires qui s'opposent au nouveau gouvernement bourgeois du HTS, ainsi qu'à lutter pour l'égalité des sexes, des groupes ethniques et religieux. Nous dénonçons la tentative contre-révolutionnaire des partisans du dictateur Al Assad sur la côte méditerranéenne. Cependant, nous condamnons le massacre des Alaouites par le gouvernement HTS. Nous dénonçons les forces staliniennes et chavistes qui se sont honteusement alliées à la dictature d'Assad et à ses maîtres russes et iraniens depuis le début de la révolution syrienne en mars 2011. Pour un gouvernement ouvrier et populaire qui nationalise les secteurs clés de l'économie et les place sous le contrôle des travailleurs, et qui ouvre la voie à une Syrie socialiste ! Dehors toutes les bases et forces militaires russes, américaines, israéliennes et turques !
6. Les socialistes s'opposent fermement aux menaces de Trump contre les pays semi-coloniaux comme le Panama ou le Mexique, de l'imposition de droits de douane aux incursions militaires, voire à l'annexion. Nous soutenons le droit de ces pays à défendre leurs intérêts par tous les moyens nécessaires : économiques, politiques et militaires. De même, nous n'apportons aucun soutien politique aux gouvernements bourgeois, qu'ils soient de droite ou de centre gauche. Nous appelons à une vaste campagne de solidarité internationale contre l'ingérence impérialiste en Amérique latine ! Yankees et autres impérialistes, hors d'Amérique latine !
7. Nous, socialistes, appelons à la solidarité internationale des travailleurs et des opprimés, ainsi qu'à des luttes transfrontalières communes. Nous appelons le mouvement syndical des pays impérialistes à organiser une solidarité pratique avec les migrants, à exiger l'égalité des droits et à s'opposer au contrôle raciste des frontières.

Gemeinsame Erklärung sozialistischer Organisationen (siehe Anmerkung am Ende des Textes), 19. März 2025
1. Das ukrainische und das palästinensische Volk werden von Trump, Putin und Netanjahu massiv angegriffen. Netanjahu bricht das Waffenstillstandsabkommen im Gazastreifen und setzt den Völkermord fort. Trump will der Ukraine einen „Deal“ aufzwingen, der seiner Kapitulation und der Aufteilung des Landes gemeinsam mit Putin gleichkommt.
2. Trumps außenpolitischer Kurswechsel von der Billigung von Wladimir Putins Invasion in der Ukraine hin zu einem Zollkrieg gegen seine alten kapitalistischen Verbündeten (Kanada, Mexiko und die Europäische Union) verursacht eine noch größere Krise in der kapitalistisch-imperialistischen Weltordnung. Die rechts-außen Trump-Regierung verbindet ultrareaktionäre Angriffe auf die Rechte von Migranten, der LGBTQ+-Gemeinde, Frauen und Arbeitern mit einer Abkehr von der traditionellen Politik des amerikanischen Imperialismus, die das Resultat seines anhaltenden wirtschaftlichen und politischen Niedergang und des Aufstiegs neuer imperialistischer Mächte wie China und Russland ist. Trump provoziert eine Krise im langjährigen Bündnis zwischen den Vereinigten Staaten und dem europäischen Imperialismus, einer zentralen Säule der globalen kapitalistischen Beziehungen seit 1945. Diese Entwicklung hat bereits zu einem beispiellosen Rüstungsprogramm der europäischen Mächte geführt.
Trump versucht, die Krise der US-Vorherrschaft zu überwinden, die seit dem Ende des Zweiten Weltkriegs eine hegemoniale imperialistische Macht geblieben ist, sich aber tatsächlich weiter abschwächt. Trump selbst sagte bei seinem Amtsantritt: „Heute endete der Niedergang der Vereinigten Staaten“, d. h. er erkannte die Existenz der Krise an, behauptet aber, sie überwinden zu können. Diese „Lösung“ ist die Drohung mit Invasionen und Plünderungen weltweit, doch gleichzeitig will er sich auf den Konflikt mit dem chinesischen Imperialismus konzentrieren. Bombastische Ankündigungen verkünden Trumps Absicht, weitere Länder wie Panama, Grönland und Kanada zu annektieren. Ebenso droht er mit einem Krieg gegen den Iran. In diesem Zusammenhang versucht er, die Bevölkerung der Ukraine und Palästinas zu besiegen.
3. Trump hat die Politik des US-Imperialismus im Ukraine-Krieg geändert und die russische Invasion und Annexion der besetzten Gebiete akzeptiert und legitimiert. Wir lehnen Trumps Vorschlag für einen Waffenstillstand ab, der auf Selenskyjs Übergabe von Mineralien an die USA und seiner Bereitschaft zur Aufgabe eines Teils des ukrainischen Territoriums abzielt.
Wir bekräftigen unsere anhaltende Unterstützung für den ukrainischen Widerstand um die russischen Invasoren zu vertreiben und warnen vor Selenskyjs bürgerlicher Politik der Unterordnung unter die westlichen Mächte. Wir sagen Nein zur NATO und fordern ihre Auflösung. Sozialistinnen und Sozialisten verteidigen zudem das Recht der Ukraine, Waffen zu beziehen, wo immer sie können, und rufen zu einer erneuten internationalen Solidaritätskampagne mit dem ukrainischen Widerstand auf. Wir verurteilen scharf jene neostalinistischen und pazifistischen Kräfte, die sich weigern, die Ukraine zu verteidigen, Putins vorgeblich anti-imperialistische Rolle unterstützen und nun objektiv mit Trump übereinstimmen. Russische Truppen raus aus der Ukraine! Für eine freie Ukraine, unabhängig von allen Großmächten! Für eine Arbeiter- und Volksregierung, die Schlüsselsektoren der Wirtschaft verstaatlicht!
4. Mit Unterstützung von Trump brach Netanjahu das Waffenstillstandsabkommen und begann erneut mit dem Genozid. Angesichts des schrecklichen Völkermords, den der zionistische Staat am palästinensischen Volk begeht, müssen Sozialistinnen und Sozialisten ihre Unterstützung für den heldenhaften palästinensischen Widerstand verstärken. Wir verurteilen Trumps Politik der ethnischen Säuberung, der sich Benjamin Netanjahu anschloss und die Vertreibung der palästinensischen Bevölkerung in arabische Länder wie Ägypten und Jordanien fordert. Er behauptete zynisch, sie würden Gaza zu einem Touristenziel machen. Es waren die Palästinenserinnen und Palästinenser in Gaza, die auf Trump reagierten und deutlich machten, dass sie den Gazastreifen nicht verlassen wollen. Hunderttausende, ganze Familien, kehrten in ihre – oftmals zerstörten – Häuser im Norden Gazas zurück, aus denen Israel sie vertrieben hatte. Die Palästinenserinnen und Palästinenser erklären offen: „Gaza ist unsere Heimat!“ Ihre Rückkehr symbolisiert die Niederlage des Zionismus und Trumps. Sie ist Ausdruck des heldenhaften palästinensischen Widerstands. Die Länder des Nahen Ostens müssen ihre Brüder und Schwestern in Gaza und im Westjordanland mit Hilfe und Waffen unterstützen. 5. Wir bekräftigen unsere Unterstützung für die Syrische Revolution, die am 8. Dezember letzten Jahres Assads Tyrannei erfolgreich stürzte. Die Aufgaben der Sozialisten in Syrien bestehen heute darin, jedes Aufbegehren der assadistischen Konterrevolution zu bekämpfen, Arbeiter- und Volksorganisationen gegen die neue bürgerliche HTS-Regierung wieder aufzubauen und für die Gleichberechtigung der Geschlechter, Ethnien und Religionsgruppen zu kämpfen. Wir verurteilen den konterrevolutionären Aufstand von Anhängern des Diktators Assad an der Mittelmeerküste. Gleichzeitig verurteilen wir das Massaker an Alawiten durch die HTS-Regierung. Wir verurteilen die stalinistischen und chauvinistischen Kräfte, die sich seit Beginn der Syrischen Revolution im März 2011 schändlicherweise auf die Seite der Assad-Diktatur und ihrer russischen und iranischen Herren gestellt haben. Für eine Arbeiter- und Volksregierung, die die Schlüsselsektoren der Wirtschaft verstaatlicht und unter Arbeiterkontrolle stellt und den Weg in ein sozialistisches Syrien ebnet! Raus mit allen Stützpunkten und Streitkräften Russlands, der USA, Israels und der Türkei!
6. Sozialistinnen und Sozialisten wenden sich entschieden gegen Trumps Drohungen gegen halb-koloniale Länder wie Panama oder Mexiko – von der Einführung von Zöllen über Militäreinsätze bis hin zur Annexion. Wir unterstützen das Recht dieser Länder, ihre Interessen mit allen notwendigen Mitteln zu verteidigen – wirtschaftlich, politisch und militärisch. Gleichzeitig geben wir keine politisch Unterstützung für deren bürgerliche Regierungen, egal ob rechts oder linksgerichtet. Wir rufen zu einer breiten internationalen Solidaritätskampagne gegen imperialistische Einmischung in Lateinamerika auf! Yankees und alle anderen Imperialisten – Hände weg von Lateinamerika!

1. Narody ukraiński i palestyński są brutalnie atakowane przez Trumpa, Putina i Netanjahu. Netanjahu łamie porozumienie o zawieszeniu broni w Gazie, wznawiając ludobójstwo. Trump, wraz z Putinem, chce narzucić Ukrainie „porozumienie”, które oznacza jej kapitulację i podział kraju.
2. Zwrot w polityce zagranicznej Trumpa – od poparcia inwazji Władimira Putina na Ukrainę do rozpoczęcia wojny celnej przeciwko jego starym kapitalistycznym sojusznikom (Kanadzie, Meksykowi i Unii Europejskiej) – wywołuje jeszcze większy kryzys w kapitalistyczno-imperialistycznym porządku świata. Skrajnie prawicowa administracja Trumpa łączy ultrareakcyjne ataki na prawa migrantów, społeczności LGBTQ+, kobiet i pracowników ze zmianą tradycyjnej polityki amerykańskiego imperializmu, wynikającą z jego długotrwałego upadku gospodarczego i politycznego oraz pojawienia się nowych mocarstw imperialistycznych, takich jak Chiny i Rosja.
Trump prowokuje kryzys w wieloletnim sojuszu między Stanami Zjednoczonymi a europejskim imperializmem, który od 1945 roku był kluczowym filarem globalnego kapitalizmu. Doprowadziło to już do bezprecedensowego programu zbrojeniowego europejskich mocarstw.
Trump stara się przezwyciężyć kryzys amerykańskiej dominacji, który trwa od końca II wojny światowej. Jednak w rzeczywistości jeszcze bardziej osłabia USA. Sam Trump, obejmując urząd, powiedział: „Dziś zakończył się upadek Stanów Zjednoczonych”, co oznaczało, że uznał kryzys, ale twierdził, że go rozwiąże. Jego „rozwiązanie” to groźby inwazji i grabieży na całym świecie, przy jednoczesnym skupieniu się na konflikcie z chińskim imperializmem. Bombastyczne zapowiedzi wskazują na intencję aneksji takich państw jak Panama, Grenlandia i Kanada. Grozi również wojną z Iranem. W tym kontekście próbuje pokonać narody Ukrainy i Palestyny.
3. Socjaliści stanowczo potępiają politykę USA i skrajnie prawicowego Trumpa, zmuszającą ukraiński rząd do kapitulacji przed rosyjskim imperializmem oraz do podziału kraju i jego zasobów naturalnych między dwie potęgi. Trump zmienił politykę amerykańskiego imperializmu wobec wojny na Ukrainie, akceptując i legitymizując rosyjską inwazję oraz aneksję okupowanych terytoriów. Odrzucamy propozycję rozejmu i zawieszenia broni Trumpa, która zakłada oddanie części ukraińskiego terytorium i surowców Stanom Zjednoczonym.
Podtrzymujemy nasze poparcie dla ukraińskiego ruchu oporu walczącego o wyparcie rosyjskich najeźdźców, jednocześnie ostrzegając przed burżuazyjną polityką Zełeńskiego polegającą na podporządkowaniu się Zachodowi. Mówimy: Nie dla NATO i żądamy jego rozwiązania. Socjaliści popierają prawo Ukrainy do zdobywania broni z dowolnych źródeł i wzywają do odnowienia międzynarodowej kampanii solidarności z ukraińskim ruchem oporu. Stanowczo potępiamy neostalinizm i siły pacyfistyczne, które odmawiają obrony Ukrainy, wychwalają rzekomą „antyimperialistyczną” rolę Putina i tym samym obiektywnie popierają Trumpa. Precz z rosyjskimi wojskami z Ukrainy! Wolna Ukraina, niezależna od wszystkich wielkich mocarstw! Za robotniczy i ludowy rząd, który znacjonalizuje kluczowe sektory gospodarki!
4. Netanjahu jednostronnie zerwał zawieszenie broni i wznowił ludobójstwo przy wsparciu Trumpa. W obliczu horroru, jaki państwo syjonistyczne wyrządza narodowi palestyńskiemu, socjaliści muszą zintensyfikować swoje wsparcie dla heroicznego oporu palestyńskiego. Odrzucamy politykę Trumpa, który wspiera etniczne czystki i, wraz z Netanjahu, dąży do wysiedlenia Palestyńczyków do Egiptu i Jordanii. Cynicznie twierdzi, że Gaza stanie się „kurortem turystycznym”. Jednak mieszkańcy Gazy jasno odpowiedzieli Trumpowi, że nie mają zamiaru opuszczać swojej ziemi. Setki tysięcy Palestyńczyków wróciły do swoich domów w północnej Gazie, mimo że Izrael ich wcześniej stamtąd wypędził. Mieszkańcy otwarcie deklarują: „Gaza to nasz dom!”.
Ich powrót to porażka syjonizmu i Trumpa – to wyraz heroicznego oporu Palestyńczyków. Kraje Bliskiego Wschodu muszą wspierać swoich palestyńskich braci i siostry pomocą oraz bronią. Pracownicy i organizacje oddolne na całym świecie muszą narzucić bojkot izraelskiego państwa terrorystycznego. Wzywamy socjalistów do zintensyfikowania walki z siłami syjonistycznymi w międzynarodowym ruchu robotniczym. Walczymy o wolną, demokratyczną, nierasistowską i świecką Palestynę – od rzeki do morza.
Socjaliści potępiają również masowe bombardowania Jemenu przez Trumpa. Mówimy: pokonajmy amerykański imperializm – brońmy Jemenu!
5. Ponawiamy nasze poparcie dla rewolucji syryjskiej, która 8 grudnia zeszłego roku obaliła tyranię Assada. Obecnym zadaniem socjalistów w Syrii jest walka z próbami kontrrewolucji Assadystów, odbudowa organizacji klasy robotniczej i walka o równość płciową, etniczną i religijną.
Potępiamy masakrę Alawitów dokonaną przez rząd HTS oraz kontrrewolucyjne działania zwolenników Assada na wybrzeżu Morza Śródziemnego. Potępiamy także stalinistyczne i chavezowskie siły, które od 2011 roku popierają dyktaturę Assada oraz jego rosyjskich i irańskich mocodawców. Za rząd robotniczy i ludowy, który znacjonalizuje kluczowe sektory gospodarki pod kontrolą pracowniczą i otworzy drogę do socjalistycznej Syrii! Precz ze wszystkimi bazami wojskowymi Rosji, USA, Izraela i Turcji!
6. Socjaliści stanowczo sprzeciwiają się groźbom Trumpa wobec krajów półkolonialnych, takich jak Panama czy Meksyk – od nakładania ceł po rajdy wojskowe czy nawet aneksję. Popieramy prawo tych państw do obrony ich interesów wszelkimi dostępnymi środkami – gospodarczymi, politycznymi i militarnymi. Jednocześnie nie udzielamy politycznego poparcia rządom burżuazyjnym, zarówno prawicowym, jak i centrolewicowym. Wzywamy do międzynarodowej kampanii solidarności przeciwko imperialistycznej ingerencji w Ameryce Łacińskiej! Precz z Jankesami i wszystkimi imperialistami!

1. 식민지·반식민지 팔레스타인 인민과 우크라이나 인민이 트럼프, 푸틴, 네타냐후의 악랄한 침탈 공격으로 짓밟히고 있다. 네타냐후는 가자 휴전협정을 파기하고 제노사이드 학살을 재개했다. 트럼프는 푸틴과 손잡고 우크라이나를 분할, 약탈하는 “딜”을 받으라고 강요하고 있다.
2. 트럼프의 대외정책은 푸틴의 우크라이나 침공을 승인, 지지하는 것으로 시작했다. 이어서 자국의 오랜 동맹국들 (캐나다, 멕시코, EU)을 상대로 한 관세전쟁에 착수했다. 트럼프가 취임사에서 “오늘로 미국의 쇠퇴는 끝났다”며 미 제국주의의 쇠락을 막아보려고 좌충우돌하고 있지만, 그의 대외정책은 오히려 미국 지배의 약화를 가속화시키고 있다. 국내적으로도 극우 트럼프 정부는 이주자, 성소수자, 여성, 노동자의 민주적·사회적 권리에 대한 극렬한 공격과 탄압을 미제 쇠락 극복 용도로 배치하고 있다,
3. 트럼프는 러시아의 침공과 점령지 병합을 승인하고 정당화했다. 사회주의자들은 우크라이나 인민의 항전을 깨고 우크라이나를 러 제국주의에 항복시켜 노획물을 나눠먹으려는 미 제국주의의 책동을 강력히 규탄한다. 우리는 젤렌스키 정부가 미국에 광물자원을 넘겨주고 영토를 침략자에게 할양하는 것을 중심 내용으로 한 트럼프의 휴전안 또한 강력히 규탄한다.
우리는 러 제국주의의 침략에 맞선 우크라이나 항전에 대한 지지를 재차 천명하며, 서방 열강에 대한 종속의 길로 나라를 몰아가고 있는 젤렌스키 자본가정부를 타도하고 노동자정부로 대체하는 것이 항전을 이어가는 길임을 분명하게 밝히는 바다. 우리는 나토 해체를 요구하며, 동시에, 우크라이나가 어디로부터든 무기를 획득할 권리를 방어한다. 또 우크라이나 저항에 함께 하는 새로운 국제 연대 운동을 촉구한다. 푸틴 러시아가 “반제” 세력이라며 침공을 옹호하고 우크라이나 방어를 거부하다가 이제는 트럼프와도 입을 맞추고 있는 각종 스탈린주의 · 평화주의 세력을 규탄한다. 우크라이나에서 러시아 군대 철수! 모든 강대국과는 독립적인 해방 우크라이나 쟁취! 매판 올리가르히를 비롯한 과두재벌을 몰수 수탈하고, 노동자 통제 하에 기간산업을 비롯한 경제 주요부문을 국유화하는 노동자정부 수립!
4. 네타냐후는 트럼프의 지지 하에 제노사이드 학살전쟁을 재개하는 것으로 일방적으로 휴전 협정을 파기했다. 시온주의 국가가 팔레스타인 인민을 상대로 저지르고 있는 끔찍한 제노사이드 학살 앞에서 사회주의자들은 영웅적인 팔레스타인 항전에 대한 지지를 강화해야 한다. 우리는 팔레스타인 주민을 추방하여 이집트와 요르단 등 아랍 국가로 이주시키려 하는 네타냐후와 트럼프의 인종청소 정책을 강력히 규탄한다.
중동 나라들은 가자와 서안지구의 형제자매들을 원조와 무기로 지지해야 한다. 전 세계의 노동자·민중 단체들은 이스라엘 테러 국가에 대한 보이콧 운동을 전개하자. 사회주의자들은 국제 노동운동 내 친시온주의 세력과의 투쟁을 강화해야 한다. 요르단강에서 지중해까지 민주적 · 비인종주의적 · 세속적 해방 팔레스타인을 위해 싸우자.

5. 우리는 지난 12월 8일 아사드 폭정을 타도하는 데 성공한 시리아혁명에 대한 지지를 재차 천명한다. 오늘 시리아에서 사회주의자의 임무는 아사드 도당의 반혁명 기도 일체에 맞서 싸우고, 새로운 부르주아 HTS 정부에 반대하는 노동자계급 · 민중 조직들을 재건하고, 성, 민족·종족, 종교집단 간의 평등을 위해 싸우는 것이다. 우리는 이번 아사드 지지자들의 반혁명 책동을 규탄한다. 우리는 2011년 3월 시리아 혁명 시작 이래로 아사드 독재와 그의 상전 러시아·이란 정권을 편 들어온 스탈린주의 세력 및 중남미 볼리바르주의 세력을 규탄한다. 독재에 부역한 부자들의 재산을 몰수하고 노동자 통제 하에 경제 주요부문을 국유화하여 사회주의 시리아로 가는 길을 여는 노동자·민중 정부 쟁취! 러시아, 미국, 이스라엘, 튀르키예 등 모든 외국 군사기지와 군대를 몰아내자!
