1.           Israel and Hamas have agreed a deal which includes a four-day truce in the war and a substantial increased delivery of humanitarian aid, including medical and fuel supplies, into the besieged Palestinian territory. The deal will see Hamas release 50 women and children held in Gaza, and Israel free 150 Palestinian women and children from its prisons. Fighting will be paused for an additional day for every further 10 captives freed from Gaza. During the period of the truce, Israel will stop military actions in all areas of the Gaza Strip, including the movement of military vehicles. Israeli drones in southern Gaza will stop in these days and they will stop in the north for six hours per day. Israel shall not attack or arrest anyone in all areas of the Gaza Strip during this time. Freedom of movement will be guaranteed along Salah al-Din Road from the north of Gaza to the south. The truce shall start Friday morning.

 

2.           The truce comes after Israel waged a genocidal war against Gaza for more than 6 weeks. Relentless bombardment and invasion by the Israeli occupation forces have resulted in at least 13,000 people dead and 6,000 people missing – 70% of them are children, women and elderly. Most of the population has been expelled from the north of Gaza. There is no doubt that the Israeli government plans to enforce a new Nakba, i.e. to expel the whole Palestinian population from its homeland in Gaza.

 

3.           Taking these conditions into account, the Revolutionary Communist International Tendency and the Internationalist Socialist League (RCIT Section in Israel / Occupied Palestine) consider the truce as a small but important victory for the Palestinian resistance. It represents a political achievement for several reasons. First, it brings, albeit limited, relieve for the traumatised Palestinian population and will allow the resistance fighters to rest and regroup. Second, it was imposed against bitter opposition of the bloodthirsty Zionist regime which rests on the unlimited support of the U.S. – the most powerful imperialist state. It is telling that while the Palestinians and its supporters around the world are celebrating the truce, Israel’s public opinion is highly critical of the Netanyahu government.

 

4.           Third, while the Netanyahu government has announced that it intends to continue the war after the four days, it is clear that international pressure on Israel and the U.S. to stop its genocidal war will increase massively. As the vote in the UN General Assembly on an immediate ceasefire – with 120 states voting in favour and only Israel, the U.S. and 12 other states against – demonstrated, most countries in the world oppose the Zionist massacre in Gaza. Finally, the deal forced Israel and the U.S. (which was strongly involved in the secret negotiations for the deal) to recognise Hamas as a serious force and negotiating partner.

 

5.           Why were Israel and the U.S. forced to accept the truce? There are several reasons. First, the Israeli army faced the determined resistance of Hamas, Islamic Jihad, PFLP, DFLP, Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigade, Popular Resistance Committees and other organisations. These fighters heroically defended their people and their homeland with all their strength. Despite sacrificing numerous martyrs and destructions of many tunnels, the resistance in Gaza remains a strong and coherent fighting force.

 

6.           Second, Israel’s genocidal war has provoked a huge global pro-Palestine solidarity movement – the largest anti-war movement since 2003. They are mobilising millions of people on the streets which puts massive pressure on the U.S., Western Europe, and Australia – the most important supporters of the Zionist terror state. There is hardly any Western country where the majority of the population supports their governments’ unlimited support for Israel’s war crimes. Likewise, these mobilisations have forced bourgeois governments in the Arab and Muslim states as well as in Latin America and Africa to put pressure on Western powers to stop Israel’s war. Countries like Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Honduras, Bahrain, Jordan, Turkey, Chad, South Africa and Belize have already cut – partially or completely – diplomatic relations with Israel. The Western propaganda based on Israel fake reports is weakening the position of U.S. and European imperialism in the Middle East and in the Global South. As a result, Western powers get increasingly isolated as most countries refuse to follow their lead. Hence, Washington and Brussels (rightly) fear that they are losing influence in the Global South while their rivals China and Russia can expand their influence even more. This is even more the case as the BRICS+ states (China, Russia, India, Brazil, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and UAE, Egypt, Iran, Argentina, Ethiopia,) – an alliance of major emerging economies led by the Chinese and Russian imperialism which seek a greater say in a global order long dominated by the U.S. and its allies – has condemned any kind of forcible transfer and deportation of Palestinians from their own land. It is symbolic that the diplomatic mission of foreign ministers of the Arab League and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation have first visited Beijing and Moscow before they travelled to Western capitals.

 

7.           At the same time, it would be foolish to ignore the limitations of the truce and the remaining huge dangers. The Israeli occupation forces remain in Gaza and the Netanyahu government wants to continue its barbaric war. Hence, a Nakba and the destruction of the resistance factions are still a very acute danger. While the Biden Administration is under massive pressure, it has not decided to force Israel to stop its aggression. Furthermore, even if the Palestinian resistance succeeds in stopping the invasion, the humanitarian disaster requires gigantic efforts. Hundreds of thousands of Palestinian have been made (again) refugees. Large parts of the enclave have been destroyed by Israel and it will take years to rebuild the infrastructure and houses.

 

8.           It is impossible to foresee if and when the war will resume. There is a strong possibility that the crisis-ridden Netanyahu government will face a collapse. However, it is also possible that Israel’s ruling elite might orchestra a change of government by getting rid of its most famous liar and the extreme right-wing fanatics and replacing it with a more stable “right-wing/centre” government which would continue the war. If the war resumes, it is very likely that the international mass mobilisations and pressure on the U.S. will increase even more. But we can not foresee if such pressure will be enough to stop the Zionist monster before it has finished it murderous job. It is a race against time.

 

9.           What can already be said with certainty is that the Western powers have faced a historic political and ideological defeat by exposing themselves in front of the whole world as hypocritical and cynical apologists of a genocide despite their constant reference to “human rights” and “Western values”. This disaster will have long-term political repercussions for the of the U.S. and its allies. And what can also be stated is that the war – even if Israel would succeed in enforcing a Nakba – has resulted in a gigantic politicisation of generations of youth all over the world. This event has produced millions of new fighters for justice and liberation and it has strengthened the cause of anti-Zionism and anti-imperialism more than thousands of books and meetings could ever have done!

 

10.         The RCIT and its Section in Israel / Occupied Palestine reiterate their solidarity with the Palestinian people and its heroic resistance struggle. We advocate the military victory of the resistance led by Hamas without lending political support to the program or all tactics of its leadership. We combine such a position with the perspective of smashing the Zionist Apartheid state and the creation of a single Palestinian state from the River to the Sea. Such a state would have a Palestinians majority as it would allow the right of return of all refugees. At the same time, it would guarantee full cultural and religious rights for the Jewish minority. Such a state would have a secular and democratic character and should be a workers and poor peasant republic as part of a socialist federation of the Middle East (“Palestine, red and free – from the River to the Sea”).

Este desastre terá repercussões políticas a longo prazo para os EUA e os seus aliados. E o que também pode ser afirmado é que a guerra – mesmo que Israel conseguisse impor uma Nakba – resultou numa politização gigantesca de gerações de jovens em todo o mundo. Este evento produziu milhões de novos combatentes pela justiça e pela libertação e fortaleceu a causa do anti-sionismo e do anti-imperialismo mais do que milhares de livros e reuniões alguma vez poderiam ter feito!

 

10.         A CCRI e a sua Secção em Israel/Palestina Ocupada reiteram a sua solidariedade com o povo palestino e a sua heróica luta de resistência. Defendemos a vitória militar da resistência liderada pelo Hamas sem dar apoio político ao seu programa ou a todas as tácticas da sua liderança. Combinamos esta posição com a perspectiva de esmagar o Estado sionista do Apartheid e a criação de um único Estado palestiniano do rio ao mar. Tal Estado teria uma maioria palestina, pois permitiria o direito de regresso de todos os refugiados. Ao mesmo tempo, garantiria plenos direitos culturais e religiosos à minoria judaica. Tal Estado teria um carácter secular e democrático e deveria ser uma república operária e camponesa pobre como parte de uma federação socialista do Médio Oriente (“ Palestina, vermelha e livre – do Rio ao Mar ”).

1. 이스라엘과 하마스는 나흘간의 휴전과 함께 포위된 팔레스타인 영토에 의약품과 연료 공급 등 인도적 지원을 늘리는 내용의 협정에 합의했다. 협정문에 따르면 하마스는 가자에 억류중인 50명의 여성과 아동을 풀어주고, 이스라엘은 수감 중인 150명의 팔레스타인 여성과 아동을 석방한다. 가자에서 추가로 10명의 피랍자들이 석방될 때마다 교전은 하루 더 중단된다. 휴전 기간 동안, 이스라엘은 군용차의 이동을 포함하여 가자지구의 모든 지역에서 군사 행동을 중지한다. 남부 가자지구의 이스라엘 무인기는 오늘 중으로 운행을 멈추고, 북부에서는 하루에 6시간씩 멈춘다. 이스라엘은 이 기간 동안 가자지구의 모든 구역에서 그 누구도 공격하거나 체포하지 않는다. 가자 북쪽에서 남쪽으로 이어지는 살라 알딘 도로를 따라 이동의 자유가 보장될 것이다. 휴전은 금요일 아침부터 시작될 것이다.

 

2. 휴전이 온 것은 이스라엘이 가자를 상대로 6주 넘게 제노사이드 학살 전쟁을 벌인 뒤다. 이스라엘 점령군의 무자비한 폭격과 침공으로 최소 13,000명이 죽고 6,000명이 실종되었는데 그 중 70%가 아동과 여성, 노인이다. 주민 대부분이 가자 북부에서 쫓겨났다. 의심할 여지없이 이스라엘 정부는 제2의 나크바를 실시할, 즉 팔레스타인 전 주민을 그들의 가자 땅에서 추방하고 인종청소를 자행할 계획이다.

 

3. 이러한 조건들을 고려할 때, 혁명적 공산주의인터내셔널 동맹과 RCIT 이스라엘/점령지 팔레스타인 지부는 휴전을 팔레스타인 저항투쟁에 작지만 중요한 승리로 간주한다. 휴전은 몇몇 이유로 정치적 성취라고 할 수 있다. 첫째, 트라우마를 받고 있는 팔레스타인 주민에게 ㅡ 비록 제한적이지만 ㅡ 구호를 제공하고, 저항군 전사들이 휴식을 취하고 전열을 정비할 수 있게 해줄 것이다. 둘째, 최강 제국주의 국가 미국의 무제한적 지지에 의존하는 피에 굶주린 시온주의 정권의 격렬한 반대에 대항하여, 그것을 거슬러서 이 휴전이 실시됐다는 점이다. 팔레스타인인들과 전 세계의 지지자들이 휴전을 축하하고 있지만, 이스라엘의 여론은 네타냐후 정부에 대해 매우 비판적이라는 것이 이 점을 잘 보여준다.

 

4. 셋째, 네타냐후 정부가 나흘 뒤 전쟁을 계속하겠다고 발표했지만, 이스라엘과 미국에 대한 제노사이드 학살 전쟁을 멈추라는 국제적 압력이 더욱 더 커질 것이라는 것은 분명하다. 120개국이 찬성표를, 이스라엘과 미국을 비롯한 12개국이 반대표를 던진 유엔 총회의 즉각 휴전 표결이 보여주듯이, 세계의 대다수 나라들은 시온주의 가자 학살에 반대한다. 마지막으로, 협정은 이스라엘과 (휴전 비밀협상에 강력히 관여한) 미국이 심각하게 하마스를 하나의 세력이자 협상 파트너로 인정하지 않을 수 없도록 강제했다.

 

5. 왜 이스라엘과 미국은 휴전을 받지 않을 수 없게 되었는가? 몇 가지 이유가 있는데 첫째, 이스라엘 군대가 하마스뿐만 아니라 이슬람 지하드, PFLP, DFLP, 알아크사 순교자 여단, 민중저항위원회 등 여러 레지스탕스 단체들의 단호한 항전에 직면했다. 이들 전사 집단들은 영웅적으로 그들의 인민과 고향땅을 온 힘을 다해 방어했다. 수많은 순교자의 희생과 많은 터널의 파괴에도 불구하고, 가자의 저항군은 여전히 강력하고 응집력 있는 전투력으로 존재하고 있다.

 

6. 둘째, 이스라엘의 제노사이드 학살 전쟁은 거대한 전 세계적 친 팔레스타인 연대 운동을 촉발하였다. 2003년 이래 최대의 반전 운동이다. 팔레스타인 연대 운동은 수백만 명의 사람들을 거리로 이끌어내, 시온주의 테러 국가의 가장 중요한 지지자인 미국·서유럽·호주 등에 거대한 압력을 가하고 있다. 서방 나라 어디서도 주민 다수자가 자국 정부의 이스라엘 전쟁 범죄에 대한 무제한적 지지를 지지하는 나라는 없다. 또한, 이러한 연대운동과 대중동원은 아랍·무슬림 국가들의 부르주아 정부들뿐만 아니라 라틴 아메리카 및 아프리카의 부르주아 정부들까지 강제하여 그들이 이스라엘의 전쟁을 멈추도록 서방 열강들에게 압력을 가하지 않을 수 없게 했다. 볼리비아, 칠레, 콜롬비아, 온두라스, 바레인, 요르단, 튀르키예, 차드, 남아공, 벨리즈와 같은 나라들이 이미 이스라엘과의 외교 관계를 부분적 또는 완전히 단절하였다. 이스라엘의 가짜 보고서에 기초한 서방 프로파간다가 중동 및 글로벌 사우스 (‘제3세계’ 반식민지 나라들)에서의 미국·유럽 제국주의의 입지를 약화시키고 있다. 그 결과, 서방 열강들은 점점 더 고립되고 있다. 대부분의 나라들이 서방 열강들의 뒤를 따르기를 거부하고 있다. 그로 인해 미국과 EU는 자신들이 글로벌 사우스에서 영향력을 잃고 있는 데 반해 라이벌 중국·러시아는 영향력을 더욱 더 확대할 가능성이 커져가는 것에 두려움이 증폭되고 있다. 더군다나 브릭스 국가들 ㅡ 미국과 그 동맹국들이 오랫동안 지배해온 글로벌 질서에서 더 많은 발언권을 얻고자 하는 중국·러시아 제국주의 주도의 주요 신흥 경제국들 연합 ㅡ 이 팔레스타인인들에 대한 일체의 강제 이주 및 추방을 비난해왔다는 점에서 더더욱 그러하다. 아랍연맹과 이슬람협력기구 외무장관들의 외교 사절단이 서방 나라 수도들로 가기 전에 먼저 베이징과 모스크바를 방문했다는 것은 매우 상징적이다.

 

7. 동시에, 휴전의 한계와 여전히 계속되는 거대한 위험들을 무시하는 것은 어리석은 일일 것이다. 이스라엘 점령군은 여전히 가자에 남아있고 네타냐후 정부는 야만적인 전쟁을 계속하기를 원한다. 나크바와 가자 항전 정파들의 “박멸”은 여전히 현실적인, 매우 첨예한 위험이다. 바이든 정부가 거대한 압력을 받고 있지만, 이스라엘의 공격을 멈추도록 강제하는 결정을 내린 적은 없다. 게다가, 팔레스타인 저항이 침략을 멈추는 데 성공할지라도, 인도주의적인 재난은 엄청난 노력을 요구한다. 수십만 명의 팔레스타인인들이 (다시) 난민이 되었다. 거주지의 많은 부분이 이스라엘에 의해 파괴되었고, 사회 기반 시설과 집들을 재건하는 데 몇 년이 걸릴지 모른다.

 

8. 전쟁이 재개될지, 언제 재개될지 예측하는 것은 가능하지 않다. 위기에 처한 네타냐후 정부가 붕괴에 직면할 강력한 가능성이 있다. 그러나 이스라엘 지배 엘리트들이 자신들 내 가장 널리 폭로된 거짓말쟁이와 가장 극우적인 광신자들을 제거하고, 전쟁을 이어갈 보다 안정적인 "우익/중도" 정부로 대체함으로써 정부교체를 자신들 간에 조율할 가능성도 있다. 전쟁이 재개된다면, 미국에 대한 국제적인 대중 동원과 압박은 더욱 증가할 가능성이 매우 높다. 하지만 그러한 압박이 시온주의 괴물이 자신의 학살 업무를 끝내기 전에 괴물을 멈추게 할 수 있을 만큼 충분할지는 예측할 수 없다. 서둘러야 할, 시간과의 싸움이다.

 

9. 현재 확실히 말할 수 있는 것은 서방 열강들이 입만 열면 "인권"과 "서구적 가치" 운운함에도 불구하고 스스로를 위선적이고 악의적인 제노사이드 옹호자로 전 세계 앞에 노출시킴으로써 역사적인 정치적·이데올로기적 패배에 직면했다는 것이다. 이 재앙은 미국과 그 동맹국들에게 장기적인 정치적 파장을 미칠 것이다. 그리고 설사 이스라엘이 나크바를 강행하는데 성공할지라도, 이 전쟁이 전 세계 청년 세대들의 거대한 정치화라는 결과를 가져왔다는 점도 간과되어선 안 될 것이다. 이 사건은 정의와 해방을 위한 수백만 명의 새로운 투사들을 낳아 놓았다. 그리고 반시온주의와 반제국주의의 대의를 수천 권의 책과 모임이 할 수 있었던 것보다 더 강화시켰다!

 

10. 혁명적 공산주의인터내셔널 동맹과 RCIT 이스라엘/점령지 팔레스타인 지부는 팔레스타인 인민 및 그들의 영웅적인 저항투쟁과의 연대를 재차 천명한다. 우리는 하마스가 이끄는 저항투쟁의 군사적 승리를 제창한다. 우리는 하마스 지도부의 강령이나 모든 전술에 어떠한 정치적 지지도 주지 않고서 이 저항투쟁의 군사적 승리를 내건다. 우리는 이러한 입장을, 시온주의 아파르트헤이트 국가를 깨부수고 강에서 바다까지 단일 팔레스타인 국가를 만드는 전략 노선과 결합시킨다. 그러한 국가는 모든 난민의 귀환권을 승인할 것이므로 팔레스타인인이 다수자일 것이다. 동시에, 그러한 국가는 유대인 소수자에게 완전한 문화적·종교적 권리를 보장할 것이다. 그러한 단일 팔레스타인 국가는 세속적·민주적 성격을 가질 것이며, 중동 사회주의 연방의 일부로서 노동자·빈농 공화국이어야 한다. 1.           Israel und Hamas haben sich auf ein Abkommen geeinigt, das einen viertägigen Waffenstillstand im Krieg und eine deutlich erhöhte Lieferung humanitärer Hilfe, einschließlich medizinischer und Treibstofflieferungen, in das belagerte palästinensische Gebiet vorsieht. Das Abkommen sieht vor, dass die Hamas 50 in Gaza festgehaltene Frauen und Kinder freilässt und Israel 150 palästinensische Frauen und Kinder aus seinen Gefängnissen freilässt. Für jeweils zehn weitere aus Gaza befreite Gefangene werden die Kämpfe um einen weiteren Tag unterbrochen. Während der Waffenruhe wird Israel die Militäraktionen in allen Gebieten des Gazastreifens einstellen, einschließlich der Bewegung von Militärfahrzeugen. Israelische Drohnen werden in diesen Tagen im Süden des Gazastreifens nicht fliegen und auch für sechs Stunden am Tag nicht im Norden. Während dieser Zeit darf Israel in allen Gebieten des Gazastreifens niemanden angreifen oder verhaften. Die Bewegungsfreiheit entlang der Salah al-Din-Straße vom Norden Gazas in den Süden wird gewährleistet. Der Waffenstillstand soll am Freitagmorgen beginnen.

 

2.           Der Waffenstillstand kommt zustande, nachdem Israel mehr als sechs Wochen lang einen völkermörderischen Krieg gegen Gaza geführt hat. Die unerbittlichen Bombardierungen und dir Invasion der israelischen Besatzungstruppen haben dazu geführt, dass mindestens 13.000 Menschen getötet wurden und 6.000 vermisst werden – 70 % davon sind Kinder, Frauen und ältere Menschen. Der Großteil der Bevölkerung wurde aus dem Norden des Gazastreifens vertrieben. Es besteht kein Zweifel daran, dass die israelische Regierung plant, eine neue Nakba durchzusetzen, also die gesamte palästinensische Bevölkerung aus ihrem Heimatland Gaza zu vertreiben.

 

3.           Unter Berücksichtigung dieser Bedingungen betrachten die Revolutionär-Kommunistischen Internationalen Tendenz (RCIT) und die Internationalistische Sozialistische Liga (RCIT-Sektion in Israel / Besetztes Palästina) den Waffenstillstand als einen kleinen, aber wichtigen Sieg für den palästinensischen Widerstand. Er stellt aus mehreren Gründen eine politische Errungenschaft dar. Erstens bringt er, wenn auch begrenzt, Erleichterung für die traumatisierte palästinensische Bevölkerung und ermöglicht den Widerstandskämpfern, sich auszuruhen und neu zu formieren. Zweitens wurde er gegen den erbitterten Widerstand des blutrünstigen zionistischen Regimes verhängt, welches sich auf die uneingeschränkte Unterstützung der USA – dem mächtigsten imperialistischen Staat – stützt. Es ist bezeichnend, dass, während die Palästinenser und ihre Unterstützer auf der ganzen Welt den Waffenstillstand feiern, die öffentliche Meinung Israels der Netanjahu-Regierung äußerst kritisch gegenübersteht.

 

4.           Drittens: Während die Netanyahu-Regierung angekündigt hat, den Krieg nach den vier Tagen fortsetzen zu wollen, ist klar, dass der internationale Druck auf Israel und die USA, ihren völkermörderischen Krieg zu beenden, massiv zunehmen wird. Wie die Abstimmung in der UN-Generalversammlung über einen sofortigen Waffenstillstand – 120 Staaten stimmten dafür und nur Israel, die USA und 12 weitere Staaten dagegen – zeigte, sind die meisten Länder der Welt gegen das zionistische Massaker in Gaza. Schließlich zwang das Abkommen Israel und die USA (die stark an den geheimen Verhandlungen über das Abkommen beteiligt waren) dazu, die Hamas als ernstzunehmende Kraft und Verhandlungspartner anzuerkennen.

 

5.           Warum wurden Israel und die USA gezwungen, den Waffenstillstand zu akzeptieren? Dafür gibt es verschiedene Gründe. Erstens sah sich die israelische Armee dem entschlossenen Widerstand der Hamas, des Islamischen Dschihad, der PFLP, der DFLP, der Al-Aqsa-Märtyrerbrigade, der Volkswiderstandskomitees und anderer Organisationen gegenüber. Diese Kämpfer verteidigten ihr Volk und ihr Heimatland heldenhaft und mit aller Kraft. Trotz der Opfer zahlreicher Märtyrer und der Zerstörung vieler Tunnel bleibt der Widerstand in Gaza eine starke und kohärente Kampftruppe.

 

6.           Zweitens hat Israels völkermörderischer Krieg eine riesige globale pro-palästinensische Solidaritätsbewegung hervorgerufen – die größte Antikriegsbewegung seit 2003. Sie mobilisiert Millionen von Menschen auf der Straße, was massiven Druck auf die USA, Westeuropa und Australien ausübt – die wichtigsten Unterstützer des zionistischen Terrorstaates. In kaum einem westlichen Land unterstützt die Mehrheit der Bevölkerung die uneingeschränkte Unterstützung der israelischen Kriegsverbrechen durch ihre Regierungen. Ebenso haben diese Mobilisierungen bürgerliche Regierungen in den arabischen und muslimischen Staaten sowie in Lateinamerika und Afrika gezwungen, Druck auf die westlichen Mächte auszuüben, um den Krieg Israels zu stoppen. Länder wie Bolivien, Chile, Kolumbien, Honduras, Bahrain, Jordanien, die Türkei, Tschad, Südafrika und Belize haben ihre diplomatischen Beziehungen zu Israel bereits teilweise oder vollständig abgebrochen. Die auf gefälschten israelischen Berichten basierende westliche Propaganda schwächt die Position des US-amerikanischen und europäischen Imperialismus im Nahen Osten und im globalen Süden. Die Folge ist, dass die westlichen Mächte zunehmend isoliert werden, da sich die meisten Länder weigern, ihrem Beispiel zu folgen. Daher befürchten Washington und Brüssel (zu Recht), dass sie im globalen Süden an Einfluss verlieren, während ihre Rivalen China und Russland ihren Einfluss noch weiter ausbauen können. Dies gilt umso mehr für die BRICS+-Staaten (China, Russland, Indien, Brasilien, Südafrika, Saudi-Arabien und Vereinigte Arabische Emirate, Ägypten, Iran, Argentinien, Äthiopien) – ein Bündnis großer Schwellenländer unter der Führung des chinesischen und russischen Imperialismus die ein größeres Mitspracherecht in einer Weltordnung anstreben, die lange Zeit von den USA und ihren Verbündeten dominiert wurde. Dieses hat jede Art von gewaltsamer Umsiedlung und Deportation von Palästinensern aus ihrem eigenen Land verurteilt. Es ist symbolisch, dass die diplomatische Vertretung der Außenminister der Arabischen Liga und der Organisation für Islamische Zusammenarbeit zunächst Peking und Moskau besuchte, bevor sie in westliche Hauptstädte reiste.

 

7.           Gleichzeitig wäre es töricht, die Grenzen des Waffenstillstands und die verbleibenden enormen Gefahren zu ignorieren. Die israelischen Besatzungstruppen bleiben im Gazastreifen und die Regierung Netanjahu will ihren barbarischen Krieg fortsetzen. Daher sind eine Nakba und die Zerstörung der Widerstandsgruppen immer noch eine sehr akute Gefahr. Obwohl die Biden-Regierung unter massivem Druck steht, hat sie sich bislang nicht dazu entschlossen, Israel zu zwingen, seine Aggression einzustellen. Selbst wenn es dem palästinensischen Widerstand gelingt, die Invasion zu stoppen, erfordert die humanitäre Katastrophe darüber hinaus gigantische Anstrengungen. Hunderttausende Palästinenser wurden (erneut) zu Flüchtlingen. Große Teile der Enklave wurden von Israel zerstört und der Wiederaufbau der Infrastruktur und Häuser wird Jahre dauern.

 

8.           Es ist unmöglich vorherzusagen, ob und wann der Krieg wieder aufgenommen wird. Es besteht eine große Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass die krisengeschüttelte Netanjahu-Regierung vor dem Zusammenbruch steht. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, dass die herrschende Elite Israels einen Regierungswechsel herbeiführt, indem sie ihren berühmtesten Lügner und die rechtsextremen Fanatiker loswird und sie durch eine stabilere „mitte-rechts“ Regierung ersetzt, die die den Krieg fortsetzen würde. Wenn der Krieg wieder aufgenommen wird, ist es sehr wahrscheinlich, dass die internationalen Massenmobilisierungen und der Druck auf die USA noch stärker zunehmen werden. Aber wir können nicht vorhersehen, ob dieser Druck ausreichen wird, um das zionistische Monster zu stoppen, bevor es seine mörderische Arbeit beendet hat. Es ist ein Wettlauf gegen die Zeit.

 

9.           Was bereits mit Sicherheit gesagt werden kann, ist, dass die Westmächte eine historische politische und ideologische Niederlage erlitten haben, indem sie sich vor der ganzen Welt als heuchlerische und zynische Apologeten eines Völkermords bloßgestellt haben, trotz ihres ständigen Verweises auf „Menschenrechte“ und „westliche Werte“. Diese Katastrophe wird langfristige politische Auswirkungen auf die USA und ihre Verbündeten haben. Und was auch festgestellt werden kann ist, dass der Krieg – selbst wenn es Israel gelingen würde, eine Nakba durchzusetzen – zu einer gigantischen Politisierung von Generationen von Jugendlichen auf der ganzen Welt geführt hat. Dieses Ereignis hat Millionen neuer Kämpferinnen und Kämpfer für Gerechtigkeit und Befreiung hervorgebracht und den Antizionismus und Antiimperialismus stärker gemacht – mehr als es Tausende von Büchern und Versammlungen jemals hätten tun können!

 

10.         Die RCIT und ihre Sektion in Israel/im besetzten Palästina bekräftigen ihre Solidarität mit dem palästinensischen Volk und seinem heldenhaften Widerstandskampf. Wir befürworten den militärischen Sieg des von der Hamas angeführten Widerstands, ohne das Programm oder alle Taktiken ihrer Führung politisch zu unterstützen. Wir verbinden eine solche Position mit der Perspektive der Zerschlagung des zionistischen Apartheidstaates und der Schaffung eines einzigen palästinensischen Staates vom Fluss bis zum Meer. Ein solcher Staat hätte eine palästinensische Mehrheit, da er allen Flüchtlingen das Recht auf Rückkehr gewähren würde. Gleichzeitig würde es der jüdischen Minderheit volle kulturelle und religiöse Rechte garantieren. Ein solcher Staat hätte einen säkularen und demokratischen Charakter und sollte eine Arbeiter- und arme Bauernrepublik als Teil einer sozialistischen Föderation des Nahen Ostens sein. („Palästina, rot und frei – vom Fluss bis zum Meer“)
