Several pro-Israel forces in Austria have laid a criminal complaint against Michael Pröbsting, the International Secretary of the RCIT. This criminal complaint is based on “suspicion of incitement to commit terrorist offenses and approval of terrorist offenses in accordance with Paragraph 282a, Section 2 of the Criminal Code.”

Michael has visited Palestine twice, is a long-time solidarity activist and has been a regular speaker at pro-Palestine demonstrations in Austria since many years.

The reason for the criminal complaint is a paragraph in the RCIT’s statement which we issued on 7 October 2023, and which has been distributed as a leaflet in German and Arabic language at demonstrations in Vienna: “The RCIT reiterates that as long as the Zionist state exists, the Palestinians will continue suffering from state terrorism! This is why we stand for the socialist perspective of a democratic and red Palestine. As we did report at that time, this leaflet did cause a public scandal as a tabloid published a hysterical article and a liberal city councillor called authorities to act against us. In consequence of the criminal complaint, Michael was summoned to the headquarters of the police in Vienna where he was asked about his political views about the Gaza War and the Palestine question in general as well as about his political activities. He restated our positions which we have elaborated in various RCIT publications as well as in speeches and media interviews.

The public prosecution department must decide now if it will open a court case.

The criminal complaint against Michael Pröbsting is part of series of attempts to silence the voices of solidarity with Palestine. But whatever is the outcome of this case – we refuse to become silent! We will continue to speak out the truth and to support Palestine and all oppressed peoples!

Mehrere pro-israelische Kräfte in Österreich haben Strafanzeige gegen Michael Pröbsting, den Internationalen Sekretär der RCIT, erstattet. Diese Strafanzeige basiert auf „den Verdacht auf Aufforderung zu terroristischen Straftaten und Gutheißung terroristischer Straftaten gem. § 282a Abs. 2 StGB.“

Michael hat Palästina zweimal besucht, ist ein langjähriger Solidaritätsaktivist und seit vielen Jahren regelmäßiger Redner bei Pro-Palästina-Demonstrationen in Österreich.

Die Strafanzeige basiert auf einem Absatz in der Stellungnahme der RCIT, die wir am 7. Oktober 2023 veröffentlicht haben und die als Flugblatt in deutscher und arabischer Sprache auf Demonstrationen in Wien verteilt wurde: „Die RCIT bekräftigt, dass die Palästinenser solange unter Staatsterrorismus leiden werden, solange der zionistische Staat existiert! Deshalb stehen wir für die sozialistische Perspektive eines demokratischen und roten Palästinas. Wie wir damals berichteten, löste dieses Flugblatt einen öffentlichen Skandal aus, da eine Boulevardzeitung einen hysterischen Artikel veröffentlichte und ein liberaler Stadtrat die Behörden aufforderte, gegen uns vorzugehen. Aufgrund der Strafanzeige wurde Michael in das Polizeipräsidium in Wien vorgeladen, wo er zu seinen politischen Ansichten zum Gaza-Krieg und zur Palästina-Frage im Allgemeinen sowie zu seinen politischen Aktivitäten befragt wurde. Er bekräftigte unsere Positionen, die wir in verschiedenen RCIT-Publikationen sowie in Reden und Medieninterviews dargelegt haben.

Die Staatsanwaltschaft muss nun entscheiden, ob sie ein Gerichtsverfahren eröffnet.

Die Strafanzeige gegen Michael Pröbsting ist Teil einer Reihe von Versuchen, die Stimmen der Solidarität mit Palästina zum Schweigen zu bringen. Aber wie auch immer dieser Fall ausgehen mag – wir weigern uns zu schweigen! Wir werden weiterhin die Wahrheit aussprechen und Palästina und alle unterdrückten Völker unterstützen!

 قدمت العديد من القوى المؤيدة لإسرائيل في النمسا اتهامات جنائية ضد ميخائيل بروبستينج، السكرتير الدولي لـ RCIT.  وتستند هذه الشكوى الجنائية إلى "شبهة التحريض على ارتكاب جرائم إرهابية والموافقة على جرائم إرهابية وفقا للمادة 282أ الفقرة 2 من القانون الجنائي".

 زار ميخائيل فلسطين مرتين، وهو ناشط متضامن منذ فترة طويلة وكان متحدثًا منتظمًا في المظاهرات المؤيدة لفلسطين في النمسا لسنوات عديدة.

 تستند الشكوى الجنائية إلى فقرة في بيان RCIT، الذي نشرناه في 7 أكتوبر 2023 والذي تم توزيعه على شكل منشور باللغتين الألمانية والعربية في المظاهرات في فيينا: "تكرر RCIT أن الفلسطينيين سيستمرون في معاناة الدولة الإرهاب ما دامت الدولة الصهيونية موجودة!  ولهذا السبب فإننا نؤيد المنظور الاشتراكي لفلسطين ديمقراطية.  نحن نؤيد النضال من أجل تدمير الدولة الصهيونية وحق العودة لجميع اللاجئين الفلسطينيين.

 وعلى إثر الشكوى الجنائية، تم استدعاء ميخائيل إلى مقر الشرطة في فيينا، حيث تم استجوابه حول آرائه السياسية بشأن حرب غزة والقضية الفلسطينية بشكل عام، فضلاً عن أنشطته السياسية. وكرر مواقفنا التي حددناها في مختلف منشورات RCIT وكذلك في الخطب والمقابلات الإعلامية.

 ويجب على المدعي العام الآن أن يقرر ما إذا كان سيبدأ إجراءات المحكمة.

 إن الشكوى الجنائية ضد ميخائيل بروبستينج هي جزء من سلسلة من المحاولات لإسكات أصوات التضامن مع فلسطين. ولكن مهما كانت نتيجة هذه القضية فإننا نرفض الصمت!  سنستمر في قول الحقيقة ودعم فلسطين وكل الشعوب المضطهدة!

Varias fuerzas proisraelíes en Austria han presentado una denuncia penal contra Michael Pröbsting, secretario internacional de la CCRI. Michael ha visitado Palestina dos veces, es un activista solidario desde hace mucho tiempo y ha sido orador habitual en manifestaciones pro Palestina en Austria durante muchos años.

La denuncia penal se basa en un párrafo de la declaración de la CCRI que emitimos el 7 de octubre de 2023 y que se distribuyó como folleto en alemán y árabe en las manifestaciones en Viena: “¡Desde la CCRI reiteramos, que, mientras exista el Estado sionista, los palestinos seguirán sufriendo el terrorismo de Estado! Por eso defendemos la perspectiva socialista de una Palestina democrática y roja. Apoyamos la lucha por la destrucción del Estado sionista y el derecho al retorno de todos los refugiados palestinos”. Como informamos en ese momento, este folleto causó un escándalo público cuando un tabloide publicó un artículo histérico y un concejal liberal llamó a las autoridades a actuar contra nosotros. A raíz de la denuncia penal, Michael fue citado a la comisaría central de la policía en Viena, donde le preguntaron sobre sus opiniones políticas sobre la guerra de Gaza y la cuestión de Palestina en general, así como sobre sus actividades políticas. Reiteró nuestras posiciones, que hemos explicado en diversas publicaciones de la CCRI, así como en discursos y entrevistas con los medios.

La fiscalía debe decidir ahora si abre un proceso judicial.

La denuncia penal contra Michael Pröbsting forma parte de una serie de intentos de silenciar las voces de la solidaridad pro Palestina. Plusieurs forces pro-israéliennes en Autriche ont déposé une plainte pénale contre Michael Pröbsting, le secrétaire international du CCRI. Michael Pröbsting s'est rendu deux fois en Palestine, est un militant de longue date de la solidarité et participe régulièrement à des manifestations pro-palestiniennes en Autriche depuis de nombreuses années.

La plainte pénale se fonde sur un paragraphe de la déclaration du CCRI que nous avons publiée le 7 octobre 2023 et qui a été distribuée sous forme de brochure en allemand et en arabe lors de manifestations à Vienne : "Le CCRI réaffirme que tant que l'État sioniste existera, les Palestiniens continueront à souffrir du terrorisme d'État ! C'est pourquoi nous défendons la perspective socialiste d'une Palestine démocratique et rouge. Nous soutenons la lutte pour la destruction de l'État sioniste et le droit au retour de tous les réfugiés palestiniens". Comme nous l'avions signalé à l'époque, la brochure a provoqué un scandale public, un tabloïd ayant publié un article hystérique et un conseiller municipal libéral ayant appelé les autorités à agir contre nous. Suite à la plainte pénale, Michael a été convoqué au siège de la police à Vienne, où il a été interrogé sur ses opinions politiques concernant la guerre de Gaza et la question palestinienne en général, ainsi que sur ses activités politiques. Michael a réaffirmé nos positions, que nous avons développées dans diverses publications du CCRI, ainsi que dans des discours et des interviews avec les médias.

Le ministère public doit maintenant décider s'il y a lieu d'engager des poursuites judiciaires.

La plainte pénale déposée contre Michael Pröbsting fait partie d'une série de tentatives visant à faire taire les voix de la solidarité pro-palestinienne. Mais quelle que soit l'issue de cette affaire, nous refusons de nous taire ! Nous continuerons à dire la vérité et à soutenir la Palestine et tous les peuples opprimés !

Várias forças pró-Israel na Áustria apresentaram uma queixa-crime contra Michael Pröbsting, o Secretário Internacional da CCRI. Michael Pröbsting visitou a Palestina por duas vezes, é um ativista de solidariedade de longa data e há muitos anos participa regularmente em manifestações a favor da Palestina na Áustria.

A queixa-crime baseia-se num parágrafo da declaração da CCRI que emitimos em 7 de outubro de 2023 e que foi distribuído como folheto em alemão e árabe em manifestações em Viena: "À CCRI reitera que, enquanto o Estado sionista existir, os palestinos continuarão a sofrer o terrorismo de Estado! É por isso que defendemos a perspetiva socialista de uma Palestina democrática e vermelha. Apoiamos a luta pela destruição do Estado sionista e o direito de regresso de todos os refugiados palestinianos." Na sequência da queixa-crime, Michael foi convocado para a sede da polícia em Viena, onde foi questionado sobre as suas opiniões políticas sobre a Guerra de Gaza e a questão da Palestina em geral, bem como sobre as suas atividades políticas. Michael reafirmou as nossas posições, que desenvolvemos em várias publicações da CCRII, bem como em discursos e entrevistas aos meios de comunicação social.

O Ministério Público deve agora decidir se abre um processo judicial.

Diverse forze filo-israeliane in Austria hanno presentato una denuncia penale contro Michael Pröbsting, segretario internazionale della TCRI/RCIT. Michael Pröbsting ha visitato due volte la Palestina, è un attivista di solidarietà di lunga data e da molti anni partecipa regolarmente a manifestazioni pro-palestinesi in Austria.

La denuncia penale si basa su un paragrafo della dichiarazione della TCRI che abbiamo pubblicato il 7 ottobre 2023 e che è stato distribuito sotto forma di opuscolo in tedesco e arabo alle manifestazioni di Vienna: "La TCRI ribadisce che finché lo Stato sionista esisterà, i palestinesi continueranno a subire il terrorismo di Stato! Per questo motivo difendiamo la prospettiva socialista di una Palestina democratica e rossa. Sosteniamo la lotta per la distruzione dello Stato sionista e il diritto al ritorno di tutti i rifugiati palestinesi". A seguito della denuncia penale, Michael è stato convocato presso la sede della polizia di Vienna, dove è stato interrogato sulle sue opinioni politiche sulla guerra di Gaza e sulla questione palestinese in generale, nonché sulle sue attività politiche. Michael ha ribadito le nostre posizioni, che abbiamo sviluppato in diverse pubblicazioni della TCRI, nonché in discorsi e interviste con i media.

Il pubblico ministero deve ora decidere se intraprendere un'azione legale.

La denuncia penale contro Michael Pröbsting fa parte di una serie di tentativi di mettere a tacere le voci della solidarietà filopalestinese. 오스트리아의 친이스라엘 우익 세력들이 RCIT 국제서기 미하엘 프뢰브스팅을 형사고발 했다.

"형법 제282a조 제2항에 따른 테러범죄 선동 및 승인 혐의"에 근거한 고발이라는 것이다.

미하엘 동지는 팔레스타인을 두 차례 방문한 오랜 연대 활동가로 수년 전부터 오스트리아 내 친 팔레스타인 시위에서 정기적인 연사로 발언해왔다.

형사고발 이유는 RCIT가 2023년 10월 7일 비엔나 시위에서 독일어와 아랍어로 배포한 성명서 전단의 다음과 같은 문장이다. “RCIT는 시온주의 이스라엘 국가가 존재하는 한 팔레스타인인들은 국가 테러로 계속해서 고통 받을 것이라는 점을 거듭 강조한다. 우리가 민주주의 팔레스타인, 붉은 팔레스타인이라는 사회주의적 관점을 내거는 이유다. 우리는 시온주의 국가의 파괴와 모든 팔레스타인 난민의 귀환권을 위한 투쟁을 지지한다." 우리가 당시 보고했듯이, 우리의 이 전단에 대해 한 타블로이드 신문이 신경질적인 비방 기사를 싣는가 하면 한 자유주의 시의원은 당국에 RCIT에 대한 법적 조치를 취할 것을 요구하는 등 공공연한 사회적 논란을 일으켰다. 미하엘 동지는 이 형사고발로 비엔나 경찰청에 소환되어 가자 전쟁과 팔레스타인 문제 전반에 대한 그의 정치적 견해와 정치 활동에 대한 질문 조사를 받았다. 동지는 여러 RCIT 출판물과 연설, 언론 인터뷰 등에서 제시해온 우리의 입장을 재차 밝혔다. 검찰이 이제 기소 여부를 결정한다.

미하엘 프뢰브스팅에 대한 형사고소는 팔레스타인 연대의 목소리를 잠재우려는 시도의 일환이다. 우리는 고소고발 탄압에 굴하지 않고 팔레스타인 저항투쟁과의 연대를 위해 끝까지 싸울 것이다!
