João Evangelista, representing Corrente Comunista Revolucionária (Brazilian section of the RCIT), attended a public Zoom debate on 13 March on the Facebook and YouTube Channel emancipação do trabalho channel. The participants discussed the question "Bolsonaro means death, hunger and unemployment. Is it possible to wait until the presidential elections in 2022?"

The debate discussed the need for immediate mobilization against the Bolsonaro/Mourão government. The participants criticized the leftist's parties for prioritizing the electoral process. They also emphasized the necessity to fight against neoliberal reforms NOW!
